If nothing changes, how will you feel a year from now?

What could therapy mean for you?

You don’t have to be unwell to benefit from therapy – many people simply want to know themselves better and explore how they relate to the world.

You could benefit from

  • Less stress, anxiety or low mood
  • Improved relationships with yourself and others
  • Greater self-esteem and confidence
  • Better sleep and healthier daily routines
  • Freedom from difficult memories and past trauma
  • A more balanced perspective and positive mindset

Simply come as you are

You may already have an idea of how you’d like your life to be or you may just know you want things to feel different.

Sometimes that means unmasking the version of yourself you’ve had to be for so long, and allowing space to discover who you truly are underneath.

Counselling and psychotherapy can help you explore what’s holding you back, clarify your direction and begin moving toward the life you want.

My passion is helping people go from feeling stuck, lost, overwhelmed or traumatised to feeling happier, more confident, healthier and better able to cope with life’s challenges.

How many sessions will I need?

Unlike many NHS, workplace (EAP) or charity services that only offer six sessions, private counselling gives you the freedom to decide how long you’d like us to work together.

  • Short-term therapy can be helpful if you have a specific goal, life event or occasion in mind. I am experienced in solution-focused work and together we can achieve a lot in a short time.

  • Open-ended therapy allows space for deeper exploration and ongoing support. We will regularly review your progress to make sure you’re getting what you need.

There is never any ongoing commitment and you can stop at any time.  You can also pause therapy and come back at any point - even if it's been a bigger gap than you'd planned.

My Style of Counselling

Every session is focussed on you. I provide a non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and be truly heard and never judged.

I won’t tell you what to do, but I will help you explore what feels right for you – listening deeply, reflecting back what you share and offering different perspectives so you can make choices that feel authentic.

Often we uncover the beliefs, patterns or past experiences that may be holding you back. We’ll work through these together at your pace, helping you create lasting change.

I am a Pluralistic Counsellor and Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist. This means I have trained in a variety of therapies and approaches, which I tailor to your individual needs.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all – together we find what works best for you.

Fees for 1:1 Psychotherapy

You can choose short-term or open-ended therapy depending on your needs, lifestyle and budget.

My Psychotherapy fees

  • £55 per session (50–60 minutes)

  • £80 for a double session (90 minutes)

Longer sessions are often ideal for ND clients or those that need a little longer to get settled into the flow.

This may not suit everyone. We can discuss whether this option is right for you in our sessions.

I also a free taster session - see the bottom of this page for more details.

Who I work with

I offer online one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy for adults (18+) across the UK.

My practice is inclusive and welcoming to people of all backgrounds, identities and experiences.

Whether you’re part of our LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent, part of a minority community or simply looking for a non-judgemental space to be yourself, you will be met with respect, acceptance and understanding.

I know how it feels to be met with judgement, assumptions and prejudice (even in therapy!), which is why I work hard to ensure my therapeutic practice is the complete opposite.

My aim is to always create a space where you feel accepted, valued and truly heard – just as you are.

Try a Free 30-Minute Taster Session

Having had therapy myself over the years, I understand how it can feel to reach out for the first time, second time or even if you've had lots of therapy, it can still feel weird and daunting!

I’m here to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible for you.

That's why I offer a free 30-minute online taster session.  There's no charge and no commitment to book again.

This isn’t a full counselling session, but it gives us the chance to meet, talk about what brings you here and see if working together feels like the right step for you.

My usual privacy and confidentiality guidelines still apply.

Your wellbeing is always my priority. If we feel that a different type of support would suit you better, I can point you toward free or alternative services through your GP or local mental health charities.
