Workshops Are Back!

I run small, in-person workshops that blend learning, reflection and real-world skills with friendly,  supportive and experiential days.

You’ll find two types of events here:

  • CPD workshops for qualified counsellors and trainees (skills practice, creative approaches, professional development)

  • Creative wellbeing workshops open to anyone (restorative, hands-on and no “arty” skills or abilities required)

What to expect from our workshops...

What we’ll explore

What you’ll leave with

What you’ll leave with

Workshops vary across the year, but you can expect themes like:

  • Business skills for therapists
  • Active listening skills practice
  • Creative methods in practice (Tree of Life, reflective writing and more)
  • Self-care for therapists
  • Peer skills sharing days
  • Grief and bereavement support
  • Group Supervision

Each session blends learning with real practice, it's experiential rather than just slides and theory.

Access, comfort and inclusion

I want these workshops to feel welcoming and doable.

You’re invited to share any access needs, dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.

If you’re unsure whether a venue will work for you, email me before booking and I’ll help where I can.

Some workshops include optional personal reflection. You can always take part in a way that feels right for you.

Booking and cancellations

Want updates and announcements?

Want updates and announcements?

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

If I cancel a workshop for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable booking fees charged by the booking platform).

Because places are limited, bookings are non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend. If you can no longer make it, you’re welcome to transfer your place to someone else. Just email me their name in advance.

Prefer to work at your own pace?

If you can't make an in-person event or you’d simply rather learn solo, there are downloadable self-paced CPD workbooks and reflective worksheets available here too.

We've designed them to be practical, reflective and easy to dip in and out of.

Feel free to work through them at home, between sessions or alongside supervision.

Here's where you'll find them
